
It is recommended that you start preparing for your stay at Parkhotel Igls at least one week in advance.

- Drink 2-3 litres of water per day, between meals not during. Only
drink still or slightly carbonated mineral water or herbal tea.
- In preparation for a first visit, consume food that is easy to digest
- Have a wholesome breakfast. After 4.5 to 5 hours have a nourishing
lunch. Consume a maximum of two meals and avoid snacking
between them to allow your digestive system to cleanse.
- Reduce dinner as much as possible. We recommend 2-3 cups of
herbal tea, possibly with a spoonful of honey and some orange
or lemon juice. If you choose to add honey to your tea, drink it from
a spoon rather than directly from the mug.
- Go to bed early, possibly with a warm compress on your stomach.
Gradually allowing your body to become accustomed to the intensive therapy that you will undergo at Parkhotel Igls will hugely reduce the possibility of initial reactions (headaches, fatigue, nausea, etc.).
